Kayaking on the "Edge"

This course will introduce you to more advanced kayaking skills.  By learning to paddle on the "edge" (of your kayak) you'll learn to make maximum use of your body, boat and blade for higher performance paddling.  We will also work on making your forward srtoke more efficient.  This course is an excellent primer for the Paddle Canada Level 2 Sea Kayaking course.

Pre-requisite: To enrol you must be prepared to demonstrate a confident wet-exit and re-entry.  You will get wet on this course so please dress appropriately, including a wetsuit or drysuit.
