The Basics
The Basics is a 2-hour introduction to kayaking designed for those who have never kayaked before. Emphasis is placed on getting out on the water and learning the basic strokes and increasing your comfort level in a kayak. Folks interested in a more comprehensive lesson might wish to take our Paddle Canada Introduction to Kayaking instead.
